To be considered for network
participation in our domestic provider network, the following requirements apply:
- Minimum of a Master's level degree in a behavioral health related field
- Current malpractice insurance of $1 million/$3 million
- At least three years post-graduate experience
- Current state license/certification at the highest level in that state
- Current DEA registration - MD's only
Please note, all psychologists must have a doctorate-level degree.
