How’s Your Mental Health?

Eighty-two percent of employees report they take mental health days off work, according to ComPsych Corporation. Here are the reasons:

  • 30 percent because of a family or relationship issue.
  • 20 percent because of work stress or workload issues.
  • 15 percent because of personal issues.
  • 12 percent because of lack of physical energy or well being.
  • 5 percent because of boredom or a lack of motivation.

Only 18 percent said they do not take mental health days off work.
