How to Restore Happiness at Work

The sagging economy and job insecurity have been major happiness killers at work, according to another new survey by ComPsych Corp., an international provider of employee assistance programs. It found 74 percent of workers surveyed had become more worried about their job stresses and workload this year.

Experts say employers should provide the right support for workers, show gratitude and help employees see the importance of their contribution to the future of the organization.
