Employees’ Poor Emotional Wellbeing an Obstacle to Wellness Efforts

The state of many employees’ emotional health is sub-optimal, according to survey results from ComPsych HealthyGuidance, as revealed in the following ways: (1) 40 percent say that a physical or an emotional health problem has interfered with normal activities with family, friends, neighbours or groups. (2) 32 percent report being unable to stop thinking about their problems. (3) 36 percent say they are tense or anxious much of the time.
