Thank you for visiting the Provider ResourceCenterSM (this "Website"). This Website is owned and operated by ComPsych® Corporation ("ComPsych"). Please read carefully the following legal agreement before using this Website. By using this Website, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understand these Terms of Use, and that you expressly agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with these Terms of Use, you should not use this Website.

Confidentiality
You acknowledge and understand that in connection with your use of this Website, you will have access to personally identifiable health information of clients/patients ("PHI"). You agree to:

  1. safeguard all PHI from unauthorized access, use and disclosure;
  2. use and access PHI only to the extent necessary for the purpose of treatment, payment and healthcare operations, in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA); and
  3. NOT disclose any PHI to any third party and/or to any individual except to the extent required by law or permitted under HIPAA.

Prohibited Activities
In connection with your use of this Website, you agree that you will NOT:

  1. use another person's password;
  2. post or submit false information about yourself, your business, or otherwise, on this Website;
  3. violate any applicable local, state, national or international law in your use of this Website; or
  4. allow access to or use of this Website by any third party (except that the Security Administrator and User Administrator may designate authorized users of this Website as permitted below).

Additional Responsibilities of the Security Administrator
In addition to the other terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Use, if you are a Security Administrator, you also agree that:

  1. you are an active ComPsych provider authorized to register for this Website;
  2. you are responsible for designating a user administrator for your group;
  3. you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that all registered users of this Website, including the User Administrator(s), are appropriately designated and have a legitimate reason to access the information contained on this Website;
  4. all registered users shall be subject to these Terms of Use;
  5. you will be responsible for any violation of these Terms of Use by registered users;
  6. you shall ensure that a new Security Administrator is appointed for the group in the event that you are no longer a ComPsych contracted provider or you leave the group; and
  7. you will be responsible for ensuring that any registered users who are no longer employed and/or contracted by your group are immediately removed from this Website as registered users.

Accuracy of Information
ComPsych uses reasonable care in providing information on this Website. However, ComPsych does not guarantee that the information is up-to-date or complete. If you find an error, please notify ComPsych.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
ComPsych provides the content and information on this Website on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ComPsych expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, noninfringement and fitness for a particular purpose. Furthermore, ComPsych does not warrant that the functions on this Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Submitting claims or requesting authorization for additional sessions on this Website does not guarantee eligibility, approval/authorization or reimbursement of such claims or sessions. You are solely and entirely responsible for all information you submit through this Website, and it is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of such information. ComPsych does not assume any risk or responsibility with respect to such information submitted by you.

Your account is password protected, and you will be required to periodically change your password. Your password is confidential and should not be disclosed to anyone. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password(s). We will not request your password in an unsolicited phone call or e-mail.

Our privacy policy is designed to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. ComPsych treats your individual personal and business information and all proprietary communications in a confidential manner. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your permission. However, such information may be disclosed when required or permitted by law, and/or if it becomes necessary to bring legal action against someone who has violated the terms and conditions of this Website.

Relationship
You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between the you and ComPsych as a result of these Terms of Use. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of ComPsych and ComPsych shall not be liable for any representation, act or omission by you.

Indemnification
As a condition of use of this Website, You agree to indemnify ComPsych, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and the shareholders, officers, directors, employees and agents of any of them against and from and against any and all claims, demands, judgments, costs, liabilities, expenses (including attorneys' fees) and damages arising out of legal claims resulting from your use of this Website, including, without limitation, any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by you of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law
These Terms of Use and your access to this Website shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Illinois, without reference to its rules regarding choice of law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in the County of Cook, State of Illinois in relation to these Terms of Use and/or access to this Website, and you waive any objections as to personal jurisdiction or as to the laying of venue in such courts due to inconvenient forum or any other basis.

Entire Agreement and Enforceability
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ComPsych with respect to this Website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and ComPsych with respect to this Website. A printed version of this Agreement and any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

If any part of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of Terms shall continue in effect.

ComPsych may change or update these Terms of Use from time to time without notice. You should periodically review these Terms of Use so that you are aware of any such changes, as your use of this Website after any such changes shall be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Recertification

In an effort to provide our users with a secure environment that is protected from third-party access, alteration, theft, or misuse of the information gathered or confirmed, we ask that you please recertify your account by agreeing to our terms of use.

Once this is completed, you will be sent an e-mail verifying your recertification.

Please do not share or allow your password to be used by a third party as this is a violation of our terms of use.

Administration Help

ComPsych's Provider ResourceCenter allows providers (individuals and groups) to designate "Users" who can work in the system on their behalf!

Users can work on behalf of your office/practice to view referrals, submit claims, check the status of claims, update provider information, request additional sessions, etc.

To begin the process of designating users for your office/practice, click the "Administration" tab at the top of the screen.
