Sara Galle
Vice President, Customer SuccessSara brings 15 years of expertise in the absence and accommodations landscape to her role as Vice President of Customer Success – Absence. She drives customer retention, engagement, and experience through a holistic approach to absence management that supports employees while delivering positive employer outcomes. Sara leads teams across Account Management, Implementation, Reporting and Data Analytics, and Program Management. Her strategic direction shapes the technology and product roadmap for absence services to continuously meet evolving customer needs. Sara collaborates closely with senior leaders to uphold excellence in account management and implementation and shares insights as a frequent industry speaker. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master of Arts in Health Communication from Michigan State University.

Paul J. Posey, Jr.
Chief Executive OfficerPaul J. Posey, Jr. is CEO of ComPsych, the world leader in employee behavioral health, wellness, work-life and absence management programs. Paul has led numerous organizations in the employee wellness, absence management and digital health industries, having most recently served as CEO of Robin Healthcare, Inc., a software and services company utilizing artificial intelligence to automate clinical documentation and billing for clinicians. Prior to joining Robin in 2022, Paul held executive leadership roles at Ascension, a faith based integrated delivery system of 139 hospitals and 2,600 sites of care, including CEO of Ascension Care Management and President of Ascension Risk Services. Paul also spent 14 years with Sedgwick Claims Management Services in Memphis, Tenn., first as General Counsel and later as Chief Operating Officer, helping grow Sedgwick into the largest claims and productivity management company in the US. Mr. Posey earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Memphis, and both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from Christian Brothers University, Memphis. He has served on numerous community, industry and religious boards, and is currently the Treasurer of Christian Brothers University and a member of its Board of Trustees.

Dale Grenolds
Chief Operating OfficerDale Grenolds is a dynamic and customer-focused executive with over 25 years of healthcare and workplace benefits experience, having held numerous strategic planning, growth, and operational leadership roles. As Chief Operating Officer at ComPsych, Dale leads the commercial strategy, operations, and market development across the company's global behavioral health, well-being, and absence management business. Prior to his role at ComPsych, Dale served as Senior Vice President at Aetna, where he led the company's higher education vertical. Dale holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications Studies from the University of Buffalo

Tracie Marcus
Chief Human Resources OfficerTracie brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as ComPsych’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She is a human resources executive with in-depth experience providing a broad range of generalist and specialist services in large, complex national organizations, such as PLS Financial Services and Bally Total Fitness. She has an established track record for working in close partnership with leaders to achieve business objectives with expertise is areas such as leadership support, talent management, organizational design, change management, succession planning and organization needs assessment. She holds a BS in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and a MA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, with SPHR, CBP and CCP Certifications.

Jeff Tschiltsch
Chief Information OfficerJeff brings more than 30 years of experience in information technology and has served in high-stake leadership roles for the past 20 years. He provides executive oversight and leadership for all of ComPsych technology operations and initiatives. He has a proven track record of delivering enterprise solutions and combines diverse business and economics background with expert technical qualifications. His strong performance in strategic planning, corporate partnering, budgeting, technical staffing, technology development and product commercialization have allowed ComPsych to maintain its position as an exemplary leader in the EAP, wellness and absence management spaces. Jeff is an author of numerous magazine and journal articles and reviews on information systems, technologies, applications, computer hardware and software, troubleshooting and more. He holds a degree in Information Systems with a minor in Economics from San Diego State University.

Matt Alberico
Chief Commercial OfficerMatt Alberico is Chief Commercial Officer for ComPsych. Matt has over 25 years of health care experience leading global commercial teams in the employee benefits space. Matt began his career with Aetna in Chicago and move to Cigna where he spent 13 years leading sales and customer success teams. Matt then joined Amazon where he helped build and commercialize Amazon Care and was there through the acquisition of One Medical. Most recently, Matt was responsible for the global commercial teams at Headspace. Matt holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business.

Bruce Candebat
Chief Financial OfficerBruce is the Chief Financial Officer of ComPsych. With a more than 30-year history of working in the information technology and services industry for both private and public companies, Bruce has an established track record of managing business development, acquisitions, and business process improvement. Most recently, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer of United Musculoskeletal Partners (“UMP”), a shared services organization dedicated to excellence in musculoskeletal care. He’s also previously held financial executive leadership roles with employee well-being platform Lifeworks, Georgia Pacific Corporation, and Southern Company, a global energy company. He earned a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University, New Orleans and holds CPA, CIA, CISA Certifications.

Adam Gotskind
General CounselAdam Gotskind is the General Counsel of ComPsych, and has over 30 years of experience with the organization. With a strong focus on compliance, Adam has been instrumental in navigating the legal complexities of ComPsych’s operations and ensuring the company adheres to regulatory standards across its global offerings. He holds an undergraduate degree from Indiana University and earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law.

Patrick Cerullo
Senior Vice President, OperationsPatrick is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience leading operations teams. Currently serving as Sr. Vice President of Global Behavioral Health Operations at ComPsych, Patrick brings a broad range of knowledge and expertise to the role with a focus on delivering high-quality and impactful client experiences. Recognized as an innovator, he has championed numerous industry-leading initiatives focused on access and multi-channel delivery of mental health services. Prior to ComPsych, Patrick led global operations for multinational healthcare providers and held a variety of senior positions overseeing award-winning global contact centers, leading physical health and well-being divisions, and expanding multi-disciplinary provider and work-life networks internationally.

James Huber
Chief of StaffAs Chief of Staff at ComPsych, James plays a pivotal role in aligning the leadership team's strategic vision with day-to-day execution, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization. James brings 10 years of experience to ComPsych with a diverse background of financial and operational leadership in the health care industry. Prior to joining ComPsych, James served as CFO at Robin Healthcare, a digital health software and services company leveraging AI to eliminate administrative burden for healthcare providers. He has a proven track record of partnering with executive leadership and Board of Directors to implement strategic initiatives, optimize financial performance, and drive operational process improvements. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management and Policy from Georgetown University.

Dr. Jennifer Birdsall
Senior Clinical DirectorDr. Jennifer Birdsall is a board certified, licensed clinical psychologist and Senior Clinical Director at ComPsych Corporation. Dr. Birdsall received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Louisville and completed her Clinical Internship and Advanced Fellowship at the Pittsburgh Veteran’s Administration Healthcare System. She has worked in healthcare for 20 years and has treated clients in numerous interdisciplinary team settings including outpatient, primary care, inpatient psychiatry, home-based care, and post-acute long-term care. Dr. Birdsall serves on the board of several professional psychology and healthcare associations and has a passion for educating others on behavioral health topics. At ComPsych, her role focuses on clinical strategy and innovation to enhance and develop clinical services aimed at improving employees’ overall well-being.

Angie Roscoe
Vice President, Absence OperationsAngie leads business operations for leave of absence administration services, including customer service, claims processing and quality, and manages the FMLASource contact center and operations. She has more than 15 years of experience, including over 10 years in disability insurance with several major carriers. Angie has held leadership roles in claims, operations and product development. She holds a degree in business from University of Arizona.

Kim Baker
Senior Vice President, Customer SuccessKim brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Customer Success for ComPsych. She continuously builds positive relationships with customers using ComPsych’s EAP, work-life, managed behavioral health care, wellness and FMLA administration programs. She works closely with senior management to ensure that our customer success services remain the best in the industry. Kim's oversight has led the Customer Success team to continually reach and exceed their retention goals. She is a key partner on the Quality Review team where she examines customer experience to quickly resolve any concerns and proactively identify any future worries. Kim participates in panels and summits with industry leaders, providing leadership insights. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Education from Anderson University.

Jason Pagels
Vice President, Business DevelopmentJason Pagels brings over 25 years of sales experience in the health care and wellness industry. His expertise spans population health management, employee assistance programs, clinical patient education, content marketing strategy and absence management solutions for payers, providers and large employers. In his role as Vice President of Business Development, Jason develops and leads strategic initiatives for the sales team, providing executive sponsorship and support throughout the sales process as well as service delivery oversight of ComPsych’s suite of services. Before joining ComPsych, Jason spent more than 10 years at StayWell, where he served as a vice president of sales, overseeing sales, strategic partnerships, and market development. Jason holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from DePauw University.

ComPsych fully complies with all requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Independent verification has been conducted certifying all applicable transactions.

ComPsych complies with GDPR where applicable. ComPsych minimizes access to personal data so that only as much information is shared as is needed.
Each year, ComPsych undergoes a rigorous third-party assessment of our controls around privacy, security, availability and confidentiality, known as a SOC 2, Type 2 audit. No substantial deficiencies have ever been found.
