
ComPsych Employee Spotlight – September 2025
With over 25 years of leadership experience, Kim Baker is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at ComPsych. She excels at building strong relationships with customers, helping them utilize ComPsych’s diverse programs, which include EAP, work-life, managed behavioral health care, wellness, and FMLA administration.
Kim collaborates closely with senior management to ensure that customer success services remain the best in the industry. Under her leadership, the Customer Success team has consistently met and exceeded retention goals. As a key member of the Quality Review team, she examines customer experience to quickly resolve any concerns and proactively identify any future worries.
Kim is a highly respected voice in the industry, participating frequently in panels and summits where she shares her leadership insights. At a recent Business Group on Health webinar, Kim and NVIDIA’s Global Well-being Director, Deepa MacPherson, discussed the evolution of NVIDIA’s well-being strategy and ComPsych’s role in it.
