Meet the Speakers

Paul J. Posey, Jr. is CEO of ComPsych, the world leader in employee behavioral health, wellness, work-life and absence management programs. Paul has led numerous organizations in the employee wellness, absence management and digital health industries, having most recently served as CEO of Robin Healthcare, Inc., a software and services company utilizing artificial intelligence to automate clinical documentation and billing for clinicians.  Prior to joining Robin in 2022, Paul held executive leadership roles at Ascension, a faith based integrated delivery system of 139 hospitals and 2,600 sites of care, including CEO of Ascension Care Management and President of Ascension Risk Services.  Paul also spent 14 years with Sedgwick Claims Management Services in Memphis, Tenn., first as General Counsel and later as Chief Operating Officer, helping grow Sedgwick into the largest claims and productivity management company in the US. Mr. Posey earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Memphis, and both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from Christian Brothers University, Memphis. He has served on numerous community, industry and religious boards, and is currently the Treasurer of Christian Brothers University and a member of its Board of Trustees. 

Dale Grenolds is a dynamic and customer-focused executive with over 25 years of healthcare and workplace benefits experience, having held numerous strategic planning, growth, and operational leadership roles. As Chief Operating Officer at ComPsych, Dale leads the commercial strategy, operations, and market development across the company’s global behavioral health, well-being, and absence management business. Prior to his role at ComPsych, Dale served as Senior Vice President at Aetna, where he led the company’s higher education vertical. Dale holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications Studies from the University of Buffalo
