Dale Grenolds is a dynamic and customer-focused executive with over 25 years of healthcare and workplace benefits experience, having held numerous strategic planning, growth, and operational leadership roles.
As Chief Operating Officer at ComPsych, Dale leads the strategy, operations, and market development across the company’s global behavioral health, well-being, and absence management business. Prior to his role at ComPsych, Dale served as Senior Vice President at Aetna, where he led the company’s higher education vertical. Dale holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications Studies from the University of Buffalo
