Holly brings more than 25 years of specialized experience in absence and disability management to her role as Director of Consultant Relations and Sales Solutions.
A seasoned industry expert, Holly combines strategic insight with deep technical knowledge across compliance, claims, operations, and administrative best practices. Prior to joining ComPsych, she held integral roles at one of the nation’s leading employee benefits firms and a leading third-party absence administrator, where she partnered with some of the largest and most well-known companies in the U.S. to design and optimize absence programs.
As a member of the Absence leadership team, Holly collaborates to advance business objectives and expand value-added, employer-focused services that meet evolving market and workforce needs.
Recognized for her collaborative approach, she serves as a trusted partner to brokers, consultants, and internal teams – aligning business goals with tailored solutions and ensuring seamless communication, solution integration, and strong partnerships that drive lasting value and growth.
Holly is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and holds a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) designation. She earned her Master of Education in Rehabilitation Counseling from Kent State University and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace College.
