Well-being benefits are a must in today’s fast-paced business world, especially as more and more Gen Zers enter the workforce. In fact, 75% of Gen Z workers prioritize access to mental health and well-being resources when choosing where to work. As you think about supporting the well-being of your employees in and outside of the workplace, should you create roles like “Champions” and “Advocates”? If so, when should you create them?
