Meet the Speakers

Matt Morris is the Vice President of Absence and Accommodation Compliance at ComPsych FMLASource, and is responsible for the FMLASource compliance program. An employment lawyer by background, Matt has more than 25 years of legal experience including over 20 years of experience working with employers’ FMLA, leave and accommodation administration. Matt is a frequent speaker on FMLA, state leaves, ADA, and compliance challenges regarding leaves of absence. He was invited by the U.S. Department of Labor to participate in a roundtable discussion about FMLA and authored a response to the DOL’s proposed FMLA regulations, which was cited 38 times by the DOL in the final rule.

Kenny Zuckerberg is the Vice President of Learning and Organizational Excellence at ComPsych. He has more than 20 years of experience designing implementation of organizational development, and employee training strategies. In his current role, he oversees the development and implementation of EAP training, customized workshops and other HR products. Kenny strategizes with customers to establish training curricula, and delivers executive coaching, presentations and workshops on topics such as change management, HR compliance, leadership, negotiation skills, client service, presentation skills, and personal development. Before ComPsych, he was an organizational consultant with a major consulting firm and a training consultant for a large pharmaceutical company. Kenny also has his bachelors from Cornell University; and is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement.

Sara Galle is the Vice President of Customer Success, Absence at ComPsych. She has nearly 15 years of leave administration experience, ranging from account management and implementation to operations and product development. She leads our account management, implementation, and reporting and analytics teams to ensure program quality, customer service, implementation and ongoing administration. Sara works closely with all aspects of operations and the product team to align our services with customer needs and industry best practices. She works directly with customers to address any needs or concerns throughout implementation and beyond. Sara also holds a bachelors and master’s degree in communications from Michigan State University.
