Awareness is the first step.
Certification is the next one.
Every October 10th, the world pauses to talk about mental health. This year, equip your people to actually help. The CMHSP gives employees the skills to recognize when a colleague is struggling, respond with empathy, and connect them to care.
Most people overestimate how ready they are to help.
Caring about your colleagues isn’t the same as knowing what to say, what to watch for, or where to point someone. That’s the confidence gap, and it shows up when it matters most.
The CMHSP closes that gap with practical, skills-based training, so conversations about mental health at work start sooner and lead somewhere.
Certified supporters learn to:
- Recognize when someone may be struggling and support colleagues through potential crises
- Make informed referrals to the right resources, including the EAP
- Set healthy boundaries, so supporting others doesn’t come at their own expense

Measurable outcomes, across industries.
100% of surveyed graduates report greater confidence in supporting colleagues experiencing distress and increased likelihood of taking action. Content and facilitation earn an average rating of 4.9/5.
Organizations adopting the program span healthcare, manufacturing, technology, financial services, retail, and more.
“One of the most humbling takeaways for me was realizing that my confidence in addressing mental health concerns was not as strong as I had assumed. This experience provided me with practical skills and a greater sense of preparedness.” Kelly Sovinski, Benefits and Wellness Analyst, Cabinetworks Group
