Kelly Nicholls brings 20 years of experience in the Financial Services, Benefits, and Mental Health & Well-Being industries to her role as Director, Consultant Relations at ComPsych. Her career has positioned her to make a meaningful impact, enhancing the lives of many. She has developed a comprehensive knowledgebase across many areas, including: Global Benefits; Multinational Pooling; Captive Programs; Expatriate Insurance; Assistance, Risk, and Travel products; US and Canadian benefits, Network Management, Strategic Planning, Mental Health & Wellness, and Partner Relations.
She holds bachelor’s degrees in International Management and French and is a licensed Life, Accident and Health insurance producer. Kelly volunteers as a member of the Education Committee for the Twin Cities Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists and as an event volunteer for the American Heart Association and Withall. Her work has always focused on cultivating relationships, and she remains eager to build new partnerships and provide strategies that support business objectives and overall wellbeing.
