Employee Mental Health Issues Intensify

Employees’ mental health has become a serious issue in the workplace and employers face growing responsibility to stem the tide. According to a customer poll by ComPsych, the world’s largest provider of behavioral health and well-being services, 87 percent of employers say the mental health of their employees is their biggest well-being concern.
