For the 20th consecutive year, ComPsych is thrilled to honor organizations that have prioritized the health and well-being of their employees via the Health at Work Awards. This year, there was an extremely competitive applicant pool representing companies and organizations across various sizes, industries and geographic locations. The panel of experts from ComPsych’s Health and Well-Being team had the difficult task of selecting winners among the impressive entries, evaluating submissions based on the merit and breadth of the well-being programs, employee engagement and communication, measurable outcomes, and more. In particular, the team looked for initiatives that helped destigmatize mental health issues, improve access to mental health care, provided dedicated well-being tools/resources, and promoted support from leadership.
From Tiffany & Co. launching an enhanced well-being program, My Tiffany, on World Health Day for its thousands of employees, to Venbrook’s CEO openly sharing his struggles with depression as an “empty nester,” Honeywell introducing a program about Coping with Loss focused on grief, or NielsenIQ’s dynamic, global Inclusion Impact Teams, there was tremendous variety in terms of how organizations promoted a culture of employee well-being.
